How do I change my payment method?

In your Raptive dashboard, click "Payments" in the left sidebar and select "Payment Info." This is where you can update your address details, update your payment information or choose a different payment method, or submit a new tax form.

You can change or update your payment method on the second tab of the "Payment Info" page:

Note: Our payment provider's system requires you to click through all three tabs to update your address, banking, and tax info, so please make sure to follow the steps all the way through so you get paid on time.

Note: It's best to update your payment method/info before the 10th of the month, to ensure your mid-month payment is sent to your new account.

What if I have more than one site with Raptive?

If you have more than one site with Raptive, you will need to update your payment information for each site separately. Select the site you want to update from the dropdown menu, then navigate to the "Payment Info" page to update your address/payment/tax info for that particular site.
