- When filling out your payment profile in Google Ad Manager, use a valid, physical address. PO boxes, mail forwarding services, and “virtual addresses” aren’t acceptable.
- Make sure the name you enter in your payment profile matches the name on your ID.
- Make sure the country on your payment profile matches the country on your ID.
- Upload a valid form of ID. Google accepts current passports, driver’s licenses, and national/state identity cards. Expired forms of ID will not be accepted.
