To support a positive experience for everyone on the platform, Raptive applies conservative filters to the ads shown in Raptive Community. Ads are generally family-friendly and similar to those members may see on other social platforms.
Raptive manages advertising across the Raptive Community platform rather than at the individual community level, which allows us to continuously test and refine placements, balancing user experience with strong monetization. If you see an ad that appears inappropriate or does not meet Raptive’s advertising standards, please report it to Raptive Support so our Ads team can investigate.
How do I report an inappropriate ad?
We want ads in Raptive Community to contribute to a positive experience for creators and members. If you see an ad that appears inappropriate or should not be allowed on the platform, please contact Raptive Support.
When possible, include:
- A screenshot of the ad
- The name of the advertiser or product
- A link to the page where the ad appeared
- The approximate date and time you saw it
- Whether you were using the web or app version of Raptive Community
Our Support team will review the information and escalate the ad to the Ads team for investigation.
