Why did I get an email asking me to upload documents to my dashboard?

The account and payment information section of our dashboard is securely hosted by our payment provider. Occasionally, they may require additional information to verify your account to issue payments. In that case, you’ll receive an email with the following request:

Our compliance department requires additional information regarding your account.
Please provide: full name, address, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, and nationality.
Please also provide a scanned copy of your passport (or similar valid ID). 
Please login to the payments section of your account to upload the documents.

To provide this information, log in to your Raptive dashboard, click on Payments in the left sidebar, then select "Payment Info" from the dropdown menu. You’ll see a notification indicating that you'll need to provide additional information—simply click the link and upload the requested images.

Once our payment provider processes the additional information, your account will be payable again.
