A welcome video is a short video that greets your audience before they join your Community. It’s a great place to introduce yourself, set the tone, and share what members can expect. A welcome video helps make the experience feel more personal and gives new members a clear reason to participate.
You can upload your welcome video from Community Management > Customization in the left sidebar. On mobile, open the three-line menu to access Community Management.
