When choosing a name, consider one that is recognizable, simple, and broad enough to grow with your Raptive Community.
Many creators use their existing site or brand name (or a variation of it) to maintain consistency and help their audience immediately recognize your Community.
For example, you might use:
- Your site or brand name
- “[Brand Name] Community”
- “[Brand Name] Together”
- “[Brand Name] Club”
Your Raptive Community will have a custom Raptive Community URL, so the name should also be clear and easy to understand when someone sees the link.
Before choosing a name, ask yourself:
- Will my existing audience recognize it?
- Is it easy to say, spell, and remember?
- Does it clearly relate to my brand or topic?
- Is it broad enough to support new conversations as the Community grows?
- Will it make sense when it appears in a URL?
Avoid names that are overly complicated, too narrow, or disconnected from the brand your audience already knows. The strongest name is usually the one that feels familiar today while leaving room for your Raptive Community to evolve.
