Need to give someone else access to your Raptive dashboard? Here’s how to quickly set them up with the right permissions so your team can manage what they need, safely and easily.
To add another person to your Raptive dashboard:
Send a support request here or from your Raptive dashboard.
-
Include the following details in your message:
The new team member’s full name
Their role in your business
Their Google-affiliated email address
The access level you’d like them to have (see options below)
The site names to give access to (if your account has more than one site)
We’ll review your request and get your teammate set up quickly.
Access level options
You can choose from a few different access levels depending on what the person needs to do in your dashboard:
- Business Partner: Full dashboard access, including the ability to view and edit account and payment information
- Limited Partner: Access to all areas except payment and tax info
- Video Assistant: Access to the Video page to upload and manage videos
- SEO Assistant: Access to the Content Optimization page to create and edit content briefs
- Video/SEO Assistant: Access to both Video and Content Optimization pages
Need to update or remove access later?
To revoke dashboard access, have the account holder send us a message.
If the person you’re adding already has a Raptive account under a different email, we’ll need a separate email address to assign their new access level.
Want to transfer your Raptive account to another person or company? Follow the steps in our account transfer guide.
Good to know
All Raptive dashboards require a Gmail or Google-affiliated email address. If your teammate doesn’t have one, here’s how to set it up.
You’ll always stay in control. We only make changes after confirmation from the primary account holder.
