Once your application is approved and you have access to your Community, prepare a welcoming space for your audience. Focus on recognizable branding, a clear introduction, and a few conversations people can join.
Personalize your Community
Use your What to do next checklist to work through your setup tasks. For guidance, see Using Your Raptive Community Checklist to Build Early Momentum.
In Creator Tools → Customize Community, review your logos, brand color, and Community description. Your description should help visitors understand who the Community is for, what they can discuss, and how to participate.
See the Community Creator Tools Hub for more information.
Give members a place to start
- Add a welcome video. Introduce yourself and suggest an easy first action. Follow the welcome-video guide.
- Prepare Community Answers. Review suggested questions, adapt them to your voice, and plan upcoming prompts. See Community Answers.
- Publish starter posts. Introduce the Community, ask a question, or invite people to share an experience. See How do I create a post in my Raptive Community?.
Check before promoting publicly
Before announcing your Community to your broader audience, confirm that your public Community URL is ready for visitors. Completing setup tasks alone does not confirm public access.

Prepare your launch message
Open Creator Tools → Invite → Promotion resources for recommended positioning and promotional language customized using the information you submitted when you applied.
Adapt the suggestions to your voice and share your public Community URL through your website, newsletter, and social channels. Reserve private Leader invitation links for people you want to invite to that role.
For ongoing promotion ideas, see the Raptive Community Growth Playbook.
