Activate Your Top Fans with the Raptive Community Leader Program

The Raptive Community Leader program helps you build relationships with your most engaged fans. Leaders can welcome new members, start conversations, answer questions, and model the kind of participation you want to see in your Community.

Invite your most engaged fans

To invite someone, open Creator Tools → Invite and copy your private Community Leaders invitation link.

Share this link only with people you want to invite to the Leader role. Anyone who joins through it becomes a Community Leader. They can create an account or sign in to their existing Raptive Community account.

For step-by-step instructions, see How do I invite Community Leaders?.

When promoting your Community to your broader audience, use your public Community URL. You’ll also find customized promotional language under Promotion resources in the Invite tab, based on the information you submitted when you applied.

Make your invitation personal

Start with people who regularly engage with your content, contribute thoughtful questions, or help others in your audience. Reach them through direct messages, targeted emails, or other channels that reach your intended candidates.

Your invitation should explain:

  • Why you created your Community. Describe the conversations and connections you hope to build.
  • Why you’re inviting them. Let them know how you’ve noticed and appreciated their participation.
  • What Leaders receive. Leaders receive a profile badge and access to Leader-only Community spaces, including a private discussion category and group chat.
  • How they can contribute. Suggest ways to welcome members, share experiences, ask questions, or start conversations.
  • How to join. Include your private Community Leaders invitation link.

Recognize and encourage your Leaders

Show your appreciation by responding to their contributions, asking for feedback, and spending time in your Leader-only spaces.

You can also offer optional perks, such as early access to content, behind-the-scenes updates, special events, or opportunities to help shape future content. Choose what fits your Community and the time you have available; additional perks are not required.

A simple check-in or thank-you can help Leaders feel recognized. Focus on building relationships and encouraging the participation you want to see throughout your Community.
