Raptive's office hours are Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Eastern.
Our goal is always to answer your tickets within 1–2 business days, but typically it's much sooner! We have team members in several time zones, so occasionally, we're around answering questions later in the day as well.

New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
