To protect your account, we can only process this kind of change if the request comes from your Raptive account email (the Google-affiliated address you currently use to log in to your dashboard).
- Send a support request here or from your Raptive dashboard.
Include the new Google-affiliated email address you’d like to use for future logins.
We’ll confirm once your login has been updated. Then, you can sign in using your new email.

Important note
If you’re selling your website or transferring ownership, please don’t submit an email change request.
