Dashboard access after changing a Google or Google Workspace email

If you recently changed your Google account or moved your email to Google Workspace, you may have trouble logging in to your Raptive dashboard.

This can happen when the Google account or email tied to your dashboard login no longer matches the one you’re using now. In some cases, signing in with the original email still works. In others, our team may need to review your login setup.

If your Google account was compromised, disabled, or you no longer control it, contact Raptive Support and let us know right away. We may need to complete additional ownership or security verification before making login changes.

Before you change your Google or Google Workspace email

To help avoid delays with your dashboard access, contact us from the email address currently connected to your Raptive account before you make changes in Google or Google Workspace.

This helps us verify the request and guide you through the right next steps.

If you've already made changes and can't log in, try these steps first: 

To get back into your dashboard, try these steps with the original email address you used before the Google Workspace change:

  • Open an incognito or private browsing window
  • Sign in only with your original login email
  • Try logging in to the dashboard again from that same incognito window
  • If that still doesn’t work, try a different browser or device

Contact support if you still can’t log in

If you’re still unable to log in after trying the steps above, send us a message.

When possible, contact us from:

  • The original email address tied to your dashboard account
  • Another verified email address we already have on file for your account or team

If you no longer have access to one of those email addresses, include these details in your request:

  • The original email address you used to log in
  • Whether you still have access to that original email address
  • The new email address you want to use
  • Your site name or domain
  • The date you made the change, if you know it

A quick note on login updates

In some cases, we may be able to update the email tied to your dashboard login.

We’ll usually ask you to try troubleshooting first, especially if your request comes from an email address we don’t already have on file.

Important note about Google monetization and Multiple Customer Management

Your dashboard login and your Google monetization or Multiple Customer Management account may use the same Google email, but they’re not the same thing.

Updating dashboard access doesn’t automatically update the Google account connected to Raptive for ad monetization. Don’t create a new Google Ad Manager or AdSense account, or change your Google monetization setup, unless Google specifically tells you to do so.
