If you’re not sure which Google account (email address) you used to connect your site to Raptive for ad monetization, you’re in the right place.
You may have multiple Google accounts tied to AdSense, YouTube, AdMob, or Ad Manager — and it’s important to confirm which one is actively linked to Raptive as your Multiple Customer Management (MCM) partner.
This article walks you through how to check it yourself.
Step-by-Step: How to Find the Right Google Account
- Go to Google Ad Manager https://admanager.google.com
- Try logging in with your Google Account
- Use any email addresses you think may be associated with your GAM, AdSense, AdMob, or YouTube accounts.
- If you can log into Ad Manager and see a dashboard, continue to the next step.
- If not, try another Google login.
- Check Your MCM Partner Connection
- Once inside the Google Ad Manager dashboard:
- Go to Admin in the left-hand sidebar
- Select Multiple Customer Management (MCM)
- Once inside the Google Ad Manager dashboard:
If you see Raptive listed here, you’ve found the right Google account. If not, try another email or follow the steps below to troubleshoot further.
