Creator Collaborative

The Creator Collaborative is a group of pre-vetted and responsive Raptive creators who have opted in to receive prioritized consideration for fast-moving, high-earning brand partnerships and custom content campaigns. This gives advertisers quick access to campaign-ready talent while helping creators secure more exposure for paid partnership opportunities. This group of creators serves as our go-to talent pool for most direct-deal content programs, but we expand to our broader network when campaigns call for niche or specialized talent.

Why it matters for creators:

  • Exclusive brand access: Creator Collaborative members are prioritized over other creators for consideration for high-earning brand campaigns. This type of access would otherwise be extremely difficult for many creators.
  • New revenue opportunities: Creators can create new revenue streams outside of their existing channels for ad earnings. There's strong potential for repeat business and new opportunities.
  • Content amplification: When creators produce through the program, Raptive helps amplify their content, getting it in front of more viewers and growing their brand.

As a member of the Collaborative, you're expected to meet defined turnaround times, maintain clear communication, and deliver quality content efficiently. In return, Raptive puts you front and center in conversations with top brands, spotlighting your content style, niche, and expertise when new partnership opportunities arise.
Advertisers will still choose which creators fit best with their brand and campaign goals, but you can ensure you’re amongst the first to be considered for these opportunities as part of the Collaborative.

Pricing is based on industry trends and market standards. The current pricing structure is segmented, with multiple tiers based on Instagram following. For the purpose of this program, the number of Instagram followers represents the potential scale and reach of each campaign. As a result, pricing may vary from creator to creator. Creator Collaborative is currently limited to creators with 100k+ Instagram followers, but we may adjust this criteria as the program evolves.

How did you determine pricing?

For the purpose of this program, the number of Instagram followers represents the potential scale and reach of each campaign. As a result, pricing may vary from creator to creator.

If I opt into this, will I still have the opportunity to decide whether a particular brand deal is a good fit or the timing is right for me?
Yes, you can review and approve all opportunities. We generally expect you to engage with opportunities that align well with your audience and brand, though exceptions are, of course, respected.
If I don't opt into all packages, will my opportunities be more limited?
Our Sales team presents each package or combination of packages to advertisers. Choosing not to opt into certain packages may limit the range of opportunities available to you.
How many campaigns or opportunities do you anticipate I'd be eligible for if I opt in?
Opportunities depend on advertiser demand and alignment. You’ll be notified whenever there’s a potential fit.
What does the reporting look like?
Internal campaign reporting isn’t shared during the campaign. We might request screenshots from your Google Analytics or social media analytics to support our reporting to the brand or advertiser.
How will I see the revenue in my dashboard?
You can view your revenue in the Earnings Sources tab under the Earnings section of your dashboard. It will appear as a line item named Brand Partnership with your flat fee listed. Payments are recorded under the month the final piece of package content is posted.
When will the revenue be added?
Payments are processed in alignment with Raptive’s standard payment schedule. You will receive payment 45 days after the close of the calendar month in which you post the final piece of package content. For example, if all content is posted in February, payment will be issued in April and will appear in your dashboard alongside your February ad earnings.
I'm part of the Creator Collective, why am I now being excluded from the Creator Collaborative?
Despite the similarities in naming, these two Raptive programs are unrelated.
Is this additive to your current PMP approach, or will this replace some of the current PMP spend?
This is additive.
What is the turnaround time for these offerings?
Opportunities depend on advertiser demand and alignment. You’ll be notified whenever there’s a potential fit.
How long do I have from the initial invitation to decide before moving on to another candidate?
You will have 1 business day to decide if you would like to participate in an opportunity.
If I agree to participate in one, will that put me at the bottom of the list for future opportunities?
Nope! Opportunities depend on advertiser demand and alignment. You’ll be notified whenever there’s a potential fit.
Will I get any feedback from these campaigns? 
We can provide general feedback upon request, and we aim to share advertiser feedback whenever it becomes available.
Do Plat+ creators get priority, or does it only matter if you meet the social requirements?
Raptive service levels won’t impact these opportunities. They’re determined by advertiser needs, campaign goals, and how well your content fits.
If I choose not to opt in to the Creator Collaborative, will I still be considered for brand campaigns?
Yes — you’ll still be considered for brand campaign opportunities. While the Creator Collaborative packages help us streamline how we match creators with advertisers, we’ll continue to pitch custom and curated programs outside of those packages as well. Depending on the advertiser’s goals and target audience, we may look to creators both within and beyond the Collaborative.
How are these payments displayed in my dashboard?
It will be a separate line item on the earnings tab of your dashboard.
If I sign up, am I obligated to participate?
You are not obligated to participate in any partnership opportunity that you do not wish to participate in. However, if you consistently reject partnership opportunities, that may impact your inclusion in the program.
With the advent of this program, will other offerings and opportunities outside of this program still exist?
Yes. Other offerings and opportunities for brand partnerships will still exist outside of this program.
This is not how brand partnerships typically work. Why are brands interested in this type of program?
Many advertisers we work with are generally interested in this type of program, since having a pre-vetted group of interested creators to consider can help advertisers evaluate potential partnerships more quickly.
Will I be able to accept or decline partnership opportunities? How quickly do I need to make a decision?
You’ll have the opportunity to review each partnership proposal. However, one of the requirements of participating in the program is that you’ve agreed to respond to these proposals/outreach emails within one business day.
Will I know the expected campaign dates and timelines before agreeing to a partnership? Will this information be included in the initial partnership proposal/outreach email?
Yes, those details will be included in the outreach emails.
I have not received an email to join yet. Do you know if I will be receiving an invitation soon?
We've initially rolled out this program based on Instagram following, which is why not everyone has received an email yet. The good news is that we have plans to expand soon to more creators!
How many Instagram followers do I need to be part of Creator Collaborative?
Creator Collaborative is currently limited to creators with 100k+ Instagram followers, but we may adjust this criteria as the program evolves.

I manage more than one website and multiple Instagram accounts. How do I know which one is being invited to the program?

If you're a multi-site owner, we will typically invite the account with the higher Instagram following to join the program. To ensure your application is processed correctly, please list all sites and Instagram accounts on your application.
