Growing Your Raptive Community: X (Twitter)

X works well for short observations, strong opinions, timely conversations, and questions that invite people to respond.

Rather than making your Community the main subject of every promotional post, use the conversation itself as the hook.

1. BIO LINK

Include your Community in your profile's website link, or make it easy to find through your existing website.

Your bio can reinforce who the Community is for.

EXAMPLE

"Helping home cooks make better meals with less stress. Recipes, tips, and a place to swap ideas with other food lovers ↓"

2. FEED POSTS

Use short, direct invitations that build on an existing conversation.

APPROACHEXAMPLE
THE DEBATE

"Hot take: A good chocolate chip cookie should ALWAYS be soft in the middle.

Agree or absolutely not?

We're debating this in the Community → [LINK]"

THE QUESTION

"What's one thing you wish you'd known before starting your business?

I'm collecting answers from other entrepreneurs in the Community too.

Come add yours: [LINK]"

THE FOLLOW-UP

"That conversation about ______ yesterday deserves a deeper dive.

I opened a thread in the Community so we can keep talking → [LINK]"

THE PERSONAL STORY

"I started our Community because I wanted somewhere we could have the conversations that don't fit neatly into a social media post.

If you're interested in ______, I'd love to have you join us: [LINK]"

PRO TIP: Not every post needs a Community link. Continue creating interesting, useful content on X, and introduce Community invitations when they add something meaningful to the conversation.
