The Community Management view: Your Creator Tools Hub

The Community Management view in your Raptive Community is where you’ll find the tools you need to manage, customize, and grow your community.

On the web, you can access Community Management from the left navigation bar. In the mobile app, open the three-line menu to find it.

From this view, you can welcome new members, manage scheduled posts, customize your community, manage Community Answers, and export opted-in member emails.

Member First Content

Member First Content helps you welcome new members when they make their first post or comment. A quick reaction or thoughtful reply can help someone feel seen and encourage them to return.

This page shows the 10 most recent first posts or comments from new members over the last seven days. Use it to acknowledge new voices, respond when you have something meaningful to add, and keep early participation feeling personal.

How to use it

  • React to welcome a member: Select the reaction icon beside a post or comment to acknowledge it quickly. You don’t need to reply to every contribution, a reaction goes a long way to show that you noticed.
  • Reply where you can add value: Select the reply arrow to add a welcome, answer a question, or continue the conversation. After you reply, that item clears from the list to keep your queue organized.
  • Skip an item: Select the X beside a post or comment to remove it from your list without reacting or replying. This is helpful when you’ve reviewed the item and don’t need to take action.
  • Select multiple members: Use the checkboxes beside individual items, or select Select all to choose every item currently shown.
  • Welcome members in bulk: After making a selection, choose a reaction from the bulk action bar to acknowledge all selected members at once.
  • Skip members in bulk: Select Skip in the bulk action bar to remove all selected items without taking action.
  • View the full conversation: Click a post or comment to open its discussion thread before deciding how to respond.

Scheduled Posts

Plan ahead and keep your community active even when you're offline. The Scheduled Posts tab lets you review, edit, reschedule, or delete upcoming posts before they go live. Use this feature to map out recurring prompts, announcements, or content drops.

Scheduled posts release according to the time zone set in your account settings. Double-check your settings before scheduling time-sensitive content.

You can upload this file to your email service provider to add opted-in members to your mailing list. Export links are available for a limited time, so be sure to download your file once it’s ready.
